A few options to deal with a mountain of reusable bags are:

Donate them to a charity
Put them on your local Facebook 'buy nothing' page (if you have one)
Ask if your friends, family, or local primary school need any
Store a pile of them in the boot of your car for spontaneous shopping trips.
